If something looks wrong, start with the account and order details you can see. Keep private birth details out of support messages unless support asks for a specific correction.
Open your accountOrders and reports
Paid reports are intended to arrive within minutes by email, and remain connected to the account circle used to create them.
If an email does not arrive, check the account first, then use the order email address when asking for help.
Profile corrections
Names, roles, and birthdays can be corrected from the account flow when the circle is editable.
For privacy, do not send raw birth data in a public channel. Use account tools or a private support exchange.
